The Community Grants Program is ECF’s ‘one-stop shop’ for charities serving the Edmonton area. Community Grants support a wide range of needs across six key sectors: community and social services; arts, culture and heritage; education and learning; health and wellness; the environment; and recreation and leisure.

Community Grants are funded from our Community and Field of Interest Funds; donors to these funds have given ECF discretion over allocation of fund income. Support is also provided through the Strategic Granting Guide, through which ECF donors identify projects to support with their donor advised funds.
